Leadership Team
The business is led by Peter Daris, Managing Director and OIEC, who brings over 25 years of experience in commercial and industrial real estate. Peter’s deep knowledge spans property management, sales and leasing, and he has built long-term relationships with a diverse portfolio of landlords, tenants and investors.
Our Sales Director Anthony Carbone brings four decades of senior agency experience to CPN’s leadership team, with a distinguished track record across leasing, investment sales and strategic advisory. His background includes leading roles in one of Melbourne’s largest independent commercial agencies and delivering complex, high-value property transactions.
Kaliopi Tsavdaridis is the Director of Asset Management. She brings extensive experience in lease negotiations, facilities and asset management, trust accounting, and strategic advisory — particularly across industrial and commercial property portfolios.
Voula Daris, our Office Manager, brings significant experience in the real estate industry. She oversees trust accounting and internal operations with precision and professionalism.
